The organisation and management of SOAG is undertaken within the rules of our current Constitution, effective from the 2nd August 2011. This document sets out the powers, management, finance, meetings, membership, etc. for the group.

The text of our current constitution is available as a pdf document here.

The committee of SOAG is currently in discussion as to whether the Group should amend its constitution to become a CIO (Charitable Incorporated Organisation) under the Charities Commision rules for small charities. Further information on this process will be made available in due course.
